Since 2017, Sunshine Cosmetic Clinic & Medi Spa has been committed to providing exceptional service and client care. We truly value your trust and appreciate your understanding of our policies, which help us serve all clients fairly, professionally, and efficiently.<\/p>

Deposit Policy<\/span>
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled treatment or service. The required deposit is $50 for treatments of 1 hour or less and $100 for treatments of more than 1 hour. Deposits can be made in person, by e-transfer, or online through our secure payment system. Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/span>
Appointments may be modified through Vagaro or by calling us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund, if a deposit was charged. Late cancellation fees apply as follows: $50 for treatments of 1 hour or less; $100 for treatments over 1 hour.<\/p>

We respect that both our clients\u2019 time and our team\u2019s time are valuable. For every appointment, we reserve a staff member, treatment room, equipment, and dedicated time specifically for you. When an appointment is missed or cancelled late, we lose not only that appointment but also the opportunity to accommodate another client during that time.<\/p>

No-Show Policy<\/span>
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment value, with a minimum charge of $50. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.<\/p>

Late Arrival Policy<\/span>
Late arrival may shorten the treatment time or require the appointment to be rescheduled. To ensure the best experience, we kindly encourage clients to arrive\u00a010 minutes early<\/span>.<\/p>

Refund & Exchange Policy<\/span>
Products<\/em>: Unopened items with the original receipt may be refunded within 14 days. Opened, used, and final sale items are non-refundable.
Treatments\/Treatment Packages<\/em>: All treatment and treatment package purchases are non-refundable. Unused treatments may, at the clinic’s discretion, be exchanged for services, products, or store credit of equal value.
